Frankly, this beer is probably best enjoyed by the filthy rich. If you are one of these people, or would like to taste the things filthy rich people drink, then drink this beer. You’ll no doubt appreciate its heroic qualities: the perseverance in brewing, the meticulous selection of the finest ingredients, and the tenacious desire to sell it in spite of its sheer unprofitability. Oh hell yes. So glad to see these, here. I think Stuntman is my favourite beer label anywhere, ever. Which I know is a big call. But just everything about that dude on the chariot throwing the horns is utterly awesome. The beers are all lovely, and the pub itself is the most civilised thing in (or at least near) Auckland.
that quote is amazing. definitely on par with the labels. if the beer is at the same level as the other work i would love to taste it. i like pretty much any beer with Hallertau, so i’m sure it’s quality stuff.
